Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid plans and in-app purchases made through EMandiBill — the billing and inventory management application developed by Ayzadev Labs. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or making any purchase.

1. Subscription Plans

EMandiBill offers monthly and annual subscription plans that unlock premium features for small business owners and shop owners. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive access to premium features due to a technical error on our side.
• You were accidentally charged for a duplicate subscription within the same billing cycle.

For annual plans, refund requests will be considered on a prorated basis only if submitted within 14 days of purchase and the account has had minimal usage.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after subscribing or no longer need the application.
• You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
• The refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date (except annual plans within 14 days as mentioned above).
• Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• Issues arising from your own device, Android version incompatibility, or third-party app conflicts.

EMandiBill does not offer refunds for partial months of service in a monthly plan once the billing period has begun.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at ayzadevlabs@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. If approved, refunds will be processed through your original payment method.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by Ayzadev Labs, it typically takes 5–10 business days to credit the amount back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your EMandiBill subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid billing period.

7. Changes to This Policy

Ayzadev Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the app and posted on our website at emandibill.in. Continued use of the application after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
